Annual Reports

​​The Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, calls for the MSRC to "prepare and submit an annual report to the Governor or appropriate ​State entity and the Commissioner" of the Rehabilitation Services Agency and the citizens of Maryland "...on the status of vocational rehabilitation programs operated within the State."
