MSRC Meeting Schedule

The public is welcome to attend and give comments at MSRC meetings. A Public Comments time period will be designated on the meeting agenda. If you would like to submit a question or comment ahead of time, please send it to [email protected] or call 410-554-9410 by the close of business on the Monday before the meeting.
Regular MSRC meetings are from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and are virtual, via Zoom. Dates are subject to change.

If you are attending a meeting and need an accommodation, including an ASL interpreter, please give us two week's notice​. Contact us at [email protected] or 410-554-9410.

MSRC Annual Retreat 2025

The Maryland State Rehabilitation Council (MSRC) holds a retreat each year to plan for the coming year. During the 2025 Retreat MSRC member and Executive Director of the Blind Muse Foundation, Todd Tolson, created a video to showcase the efforts and mission of the MSRC. 2025 MSRC-DORS Public Meetings

The MSRC and the Maryland State Department of Education’s Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) continually assess the rehabilitation and career needs of Maryland citizens with disabilities. As part of this assessment, DORS and the MSRC hold annual public meetings. The 2025 meetings were held on Tuesday, September 16th at 4:00 PM and Thursday, September 18th at 10:00 AM, via Zoom.
